This is in accordance with the terms and conditions described below.


Hotel policy

The information displayed on BookingCe  is considered a description of the accommodation locations, facilities and services provided by the hotel’s supplier.

The hotel category information, such as (stars and services provided by the hotel) is provided by the suppliers and hotels, whereas some hotels are rated according to customers’ reviews.

Kindly note that the suppliers describe accommodation, facilities and services provided using differing terminology, (such as using twin room and double room to describe rooms with two separate beds) the extra bed provided in triple rooms is usually foldable.

Some activities and facilities such as water sports may be unavailable during certain periods of the year and some facilities may require paying an additional fee, such as TV, safety boxes, umbrellas. Tennis courts, billiard tables, and air conditioning.

Some destinations are crowded during high seasons, and the client should be prepared for the possibility of noise. Please take this into consideration when you plan your trip.

The duration of time from the place of accommodation to the airport mentioned on Booking central is approximate and may vary according to circumstances.

Early check out: Some hotels may not agree to refund the remainder of the amount of the unused nights. This policy also applies to no-shows, the hotel then decides the imposed fees and whether to deduct a partial amount or the whole amount.

A BookingCe company must be notified of the request for early check out to provide assistance to avoid conflicting hotel response to the customer and the company.

The policy of early check-in is due to the approval of the hotels and the availability of the same type of accommodation reserved and on the percentage of occupancy at the hotel.

Changing the names of guests of some hotels does not accept the name change (and it depends entirely on the policy of the hotel in acceptance and rejection), Booking central is not authorized to violate the hotel policy.

Amendment policy: A supplier may request the payment of additional fees for amending the booking, the amount of which will differ according to the services.

If the client requests to (change the room from single to double or to change the check-in time and date or anything else), customer service should be contacted to assist you and make the request and this is confirmed according to availability. 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policy is subject to the rules and restrictions applied by the supplier and it has separate fees imposed by the supplier, Requests must be by the customer to cancel or change the booking through the Booking central

All bookings in Hotels have star-rated. And is not book on accommodation proprietary privately.

Room Upgrade

The clients can upgrade the rooms they selected by BookingCe and pay the difference in price before the deadline amending. The ability to upgrade is subject to availability and the company does not guarantee that the upgrade will happen upon arriving at the hotel. In this case, payment should be made to the hotel directly.

The client does not have the right to claim a refund for non-refundable bookings unless in dire circumstances. The refund is subject to the supplier’s approval.

General policies for Hotels

Each hotel is responsible for putting in place policies regarding children, check-in and check-out, smoking, and additional taxes and other particulars, and it is the customer’s responsibility to check these in advance of booking.

We would also like to alert in case of loss of any item, please refer to the hotel's found and lost management and we have nothing to do with the recovery of the missing persons.

Booking on executive accommodation in hotels the guest uses the lounge area and the hotel's policy is to change the location of the breakfast and we have nothing to do with it.

The supplier may be forced to cancel your bookings, due to overbooking, technical errors that may occur in the system, or if there is any force majeure, in such cases, BookingCe will work to find an alternative solution to stay in the same classification and location.

Hotel star ratings aim to give a general overview of the quality of the hotel and approximate level of facilities, services and amenities available.

However this rating system does vary from country to country. For example a 5* Bangkok hotel will not be the same as a 5* London hotel.BookingCe are not responsible for the hotel categories and star ratings as these have been provided to us and accepted in good faith.

Photographs and Maps are provided for information purposes only. While BookingCe strives to present hotel and map information as accurately as possible, we do not accept any responsibility for the accuracy of this information or for any errors and/or omissions.

We suggest that you view the hotel website or contact the hotel directly to obtain the most recent photographs, complete information and location directions.

Taxes collected directly at accommodation

Certain accommodations may such as the USA charge an additional yet mandatory “resort fee” or occupancy tax (when applicable) for using certain services.

This resort fee is collected directly from the guest and typically will not be included in the price offered on the website and app. However, it'll be mentioned in the provided accommodation description.

Rates include applicable hotel taxes. Tourist/local/city taxes which generally include the use of local services may not be included. If city tax needs to be paid at the hotel, this info might be shown in Remarks and on the voucher.

Taxability, the appropriate tax rate and the type of applicable taxes vary greatly by location and can change without prior notice.

Consumption fees

The accommodation might also directly charge you on factors that include electricity, baggage handling, newspapers delivery, tourism and housekeeping. These charges are not controlled by Booking central and are usually applied in certain markets such as the USA. However, optional fees that include minibar charges, parking, room service, movie rentals, the internet, food, beverages, and phone usage are almost never applied.

During certain high season periods, certain accommodations may make it mandatory for guests to purchase tickets for a gala dinner or event being hosted at the accommodation (e.g. for New Year, Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc.). Such charges might not be included in the room rates and will need to be paid directly at the property. In some cases, it may be listed under ‘Mandatory fees’ on the accommodation details page.




Booking terms and conditions &Travel Documents

You must make sure that all the names of the passengers in the reservation are correct, In case the name was spelled incorrectly or differently than how it’s written in the passport, we will cancel the flight and rebook again, taking into consideration price increase and fee changes if amendments were requested. When you complete the payment process, a voucher will be issued with your BookingCe booking reference number. The booking will then be considered valid and confirmed.

Booking central recommends that all clients should ensure that all accompanying passenger have valid passports and have obtained the required visas, vaccinations and insurance documents for their destination. The client should also note that some countries require filling a transit visa form or paying fees to cross to the destination country.

Booking central isn’t responsible for obtaining the visa for the client and the responsibility falls solely on the client. Usually obtaining a visa takes some time and therefore the client should apply for any visas before the traveling date with a sufficient period of time.

Booking central recommends that all clients should confirm with the destination country’s embassy or consulate that they have valid passports and obtained the required visa for their destination. The company will not be held responsible if your or any of the accompanying passengers do not have a valid visa or passport or do not get the required vaccinations or insurance.

Important notices

As required by government regulations, the passport must be duly signed by passport holder. We, cannot undertake any examination of passengers' identities or travel documents when they book their tickets. A failure to travel with the correct documentation could result in the passenger being refused travel, entry to the country of their destination or stop-over, deportation or incarceration and in such circumstance(s) you will be solely responsible for any cost, loss or damage which you or we (or our agents or servants) incur.

Currency exchange rates generally change on daily basis depending on the fluctuations in the market. Booking central reserve the right to update room rates displayed on the website depending on any market fluctuations.

Any changes relating to currency exchange rate fluctuations will not affect the rates of an already confirmed booking. Likewise, once a booking has been booked and confirmed at the rates you have accepted, there is no refund for any difference in rates due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Hajj Travel and Visa Restrictions

As specified by the Government of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, travelers with Hajj or Umrah visas must disembark in Jeddah or Madinah only. During the Hajj period, Muslim travelers with Visit visa/Umrah visa will not be allowed to enter Jeddah or Madinah. The last day for the arrival of the Hajj Pilgrims by Air Transport and the commencement of the departure phase is also specified by the Government. You are required to comply with all customs, immigration, and visa and health certification.

Not all of the hotel rates are displayed on the Booking central website are applicable for the local market where these hotels exist. In addition some other markets may be affected and in such cases the hotel is within their rights to change the rates without prior notice.

You agree that passenger nationality declaration is mandatory and must be determined by selecting Client Nationality at the time of booking.

This information must be in accordance with the passenger passport. False declaration of passenger nationality may cause consequences for which we cannot be held liable. If you do not change Client Nationality, Agency Nationality will be taken as passenger nationality by default. In case, any financial damage occurs due to false nationality declaration, it will be covered by the agency towards your customers or to us in full.


Data Protection

When reserving from or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your or other details to help you with your experience.

All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

Our responsibility towards you

Booking central is acting as an intermediary or a "booking agent" for products and services that are not directly supplied by us (e.g., air carriage and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). We are not a co-vendor of such products and services and thus, the client does not have the right to claim financial reimbursement.

Modifying the terms and conditions

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes; however, customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted, and will be applied retroactively on the bookings already made. Continued use of the site means that you agree to these modifications.

Offers or coupons and more

The terms & conditions for Booking Central offers are subject to booking terms & conditions excluding those relevant to refunds, however in all cases, offer amounts will not be refundable. Each offer is subject to the provisions of each advertisement.

In case the offer terms are unknown, contact us before booking. The offer value cannot be compensated in case of payment.

Booking Central has the right to stop or suspend offers without prior notice.

Coupons can only be used once and are not valid for multiple bookings.

The voucher is used once and no remaining balance can be reused in the voucher used.

Booking Central assumes no liability if the voucher is lost, stolen or used without permission.

The voucher cannot be exchanged, refunded or resold.

Any misuse of the voucher will result in the cancellation of the booking.

Booking Central is responsible for interpreting the terms of this agreement.

This voucher is for personal use only, when this voucher is used by travel agents this will result in cancellation of the booking and no refunds will be made.

The amount of the voucher is non-refundable when the booking is cancelled or modified.

Cancellation policies

The cancelation policies of each reservation made with Booking Central will be available on the website prior confirming the booking and these policies are 100% accepted by the client when confirming them. All requests to modify and/or exonerate the already confirmed reservations are not guaranteed.

During special event periods, certain dates and early bird type bookings, the hotel may pass on a different cancellation policy of which you will be informed as soon as Booking Central are notified.

Any booking which offers free nights or early booking savings are liable to certain restrictions which we will inform you about as soon as BookingCe are notified. Generally these restrictions are; No name changes and no extension or reduction of nights. If you have booked a stay that includes 1 night free and your client decides to cancel- The free night will not be refunded because this is free.

Any reservation, service or last minute product is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the policy of individual cancellation published or not published.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Any complaint which cannot be resolved at the hotel must be notified to us by email with the subject message 'Complaint'. All complaints must be notified to us within 15 days of the checkout date,

A copy of the complaint must be also be submitted to and signed by the hotel manager. Complaints relating to hotel services will be forwarded by BookingCe to the relevant party.

The Provider shall use its reasonable commercial endeavors to ensure the data provided in the System is accurate and updated however the information provided in the System has been sourced in good faith.

The Provider cannot guarantee that it is completely free of mistakes or omissions. We obtain as accurate information available from the service providers.

For any technical error of the Provider, the provider will inform the client’s customer service center in the best terms and conditions to solve the problem.


E- payment terms and conditions

Admission of membership: Our dear client, I agreed to buy the Booking Central and become an agent of the BookingCe Group for marketing and tourism services. And you have been informed of all the benefits of the membership offered for sale and you are fully aware of what the program contains through the sales representatives and the Package sent to you. Terms of shipment: the Software sold from BookingCe (BOKING CW) is delivered at a maximum of 7 to 10 working days in accordance with the Gregorian date and is sent by one of our delegates or by the International Mail Service. Price and payment: Price according to the advertised price on the website and paid in cash or by bank transfer or payment credit card (Visa – Master-American Express). A receipt will be delivered from our delegate in case of cash payment or an electronic invoice of the customer's email subscription value is sent in case of payment by bank transfer or credit card. Upgrading or Replacement: The customer has the right to upgrade or replace from the lowest to the higher membership according to the fees agreed by the company. Customer relationship with the company: once the customer has subscribed to membership, the customer becomes a member of the company and is obligated to provide all the agreed services, depending on the type of membership sold to the customer while adhering to the fair-use policy. the membership is non-refundable , which is a condition of agreement and no censorship to eliminate it. Pledge: The customer acknowledges that he has been informed of all the agreed terms and rules and that he has paid the fee or the price of the stated subscription at full and in person.


We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in USD.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of EG.

 Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

When a booking has been made by a 3rd party BookingCe reserves the right to request proof of ID from the credit cardholder as well as a signed authorization form.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

  • Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement. Kindly note the registration on website not free and every user had to pay 10000 USD for the lowest account and it can paid on three or four years and any deposit will be non-refundable.

Refund/Cancellation Policies
*Note the impact of Force Majeure on our refund/cancellation policy and our obligations, as described below.

BookingCe Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy
Booking Central reserves the right to refuse or cancel a membership in the BookingCe at any time and for any reason.

If BookingCe refuses a new or renewing membership, organizations will be offered a refund for the remaining portion of their membership at the time of termination.

The Membership with Booking CE is non refundable.




All benefits of physical or digital format received by member organizations must be cancelled/returned to the Booking Central

All refund requests must be made by the organization’s primary contact or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the organization, card holder, and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

The above policies apply to all BookingCe memberships unless otherwise noted in membership materials. Please read all individual materials thoroughly for any specific policies.

BookingCe Event Transfer/Refund/Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation or Changes by BookingCe

Booking Central reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule in its sole discretion an event, whether in-person or virtual, due to low registrations. If Booking Central voluntarily cancels an event due to low registrations, delegates will be offered a full or partial refund. If Booking Central postpones or reschedules an event due to low registrations, Trip Offers in its sole discretion will 1) provide an account credit, or 2) transfer registration to the same or similar event at a future date. Note that this cancellation and refund policy does not apply to cancellation due to Force Majeure.

Booking Central also has the right to postpone, suspend, cancel, or reschedule an event, whether in-person or virtual, at any time, in its sole discretion in the event of Force Majeure and 1) provide an account credit, or 2) transfer registration to the same or similar event at a future date. No refunds, whether partial or full, will be made if Trip Offers postpones, suspends, cancels or reschedules an event because of Force Majeure.

In-Person Event Registration Cancellation or Transfer by Delegate:

Co-Worker Transfer Policy: Registered delegates may transfer their event registration to a co-worker at no charge if an official transfer request form has been submitted 61 or more days before the event. Within 60 days of the event, BookingCe may charge a co-worker transfer fee ($150 for the Summit and $75 for all other events).

Cancellation by Delegate Policy: While the BookingCe strongly encourages delegates to first consider transferring their registration to a co-worker, delegates may elect to cancel their registration and receive an account credit for the amount of the registration fees paid. Cancellation requests submitted up to 61 days before the Summit via our official cancellation request form will receive account credit equal to the full amount paid. If the cancellation is received within 60 days of the event, the account credit will be given for the original amount paid less a cancellation fee ($250 for the Summit and $125 for all other events). Account credits will be available for future purchases with the booking central

Refund Request by Delegate Policy: No refunds will be given within 120 days before the Summit; please plan accordingly. Full refunds are available if requested 121 days or more before the Summit provided that there is not a volume of similar refund requests that it would make it financially detrimental for booking central to provide refunds as Booking Central determines in its sole discretion. In this situation, bookingCe will provide an account credit or transfer registration to the same or similar event at a future date. Cancellations will be accepted by completing an official cancellation request form.

Event Registration Cancellation May Change by Event: Each Booking Central event may have different transfer/refund/cancellation policies. You may see specific event transfer/refund/cancellation policies on each event’s registration page – which supersedes transfer/refund/cancellation policies on this page.

Virtual Event Cancellation/Refund by Delegate:

Cancellation/Refund Request by Delegate Policy — at least 24 hours before event start time: You may cancel your registration up to 24 hours before the virtual event begins and request a full refund of your virtual event registration fee by emailing

Cancellation/Refund Request by Delegate Policy — within 24 hours before event start time: We are unable to provide refunds within 24 hours of the event start time. If you paid your virtual event registration fee but did not attend the event for any reason, you will not receive a refund. Please watch for a post-event email with information on how to access available event recordings.

Co-Worker Transfer Policy: We are unable to provide registration transfers for virtual events. We can provide a refund, per the policies noted above, and then your co-worker may register on their own.

Force Majeure – Definition and Impact IMPORTANT
bookingCe will not be deemed in breach of this agreement or otherwise liable to you, by reason of delay in performance, underperformance, or nonperformance of any of its obligations under this agreement to the extent that any such delay, underperformance, or nonperformance is due to any Force Majeure. “Force Majeure” means any circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to, acts of God or nature, war, curtailment or interruption of transportation facilities, strikes and/or labor disputes or the imminent threat thereof, threats or acts of terrorism or similar acts, disease, quarantine, global health emergencies, viruses, epidemics, pandemics, travel restrictions or limitations, government or regulatory actions, significant change in economic conditions, mandatory office and business closures, full and partial lockdowns of cities, towns and other areas, governmental or international agency travel advisory or warning, corporate travel restrictions, widespread public fear and panic that impacts travel, civil disturbance, host destination partner’s cancellation or inability or refusal to implement the event as agreed to with bookinCe, or any other event or circumstances beyond bookingCe control, whether similar or dissimilar, which, in reasonable and sole judgment, would tend to make it commercially impracticable (from a safety, health, logistical, economic, orfinancial standpoint), inadvisable, difficult or onerous, illegal or impossible for Booking Central or its partners to perform their obligations under this agreement or have a significant adverse impact on bookingCe

Booking Central Goods and Product Refund/Return Policy
All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from the Booking Central require prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by the Booking Central within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any Booking Central product that is deemed defective.

Products provided/sold by booking Central partners and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner.

Products which are software or downloadable from any booking Central website or provided media (CD ROM, Memory Drives, etc) are non-refundable

Refund period from 14 days till 28 days depending on the bank working days
